This publication was a full circle moment for me. I can only hope that the experiences, lessons, and skills that I share in this article can inspire a future alumni featured artist, just like the ones I read about did with me many years ago.

Abstract art can take on many forms and interpretations. In March 2020 the 311 Gallery in Raleigh, NC curated a juried exhibition to unite these many interpretation in order to unpack the theme and showcase local talent.
