March Inspiration (Brain Dump!)
With the elephant that is COVID-19 in the room, many of us are social distancing and avoiding day to day contact now more than ever! To introverts this may not be a huge change but, if you are an extrovert like me the silence can be making you go a little crazy! So this month rather than sharing just two sources of inspiration, I am dropping all my favorites! I have had these on repeat and they are the perfect noise to replace the news all day.
The toxic energy the news can bring to a room drives me crazy. So why not fill the room with positivity, inspiration, funny stories, learning new skills and interesting facts that are teaching you something new?
