Brian’s Holland
Attorney (Cary, NC)
Brian Holland is an attorney with expertise that includes corporate law, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, data security, intellectual property, international transactions, and litigation. He has over 25 years of experience serving as general counsel within private corporations optimizing day-to-day legal services, mitigating risks, and overseeing exit events in the form of IPOs, sales to financial buyers, and sales to strategic acquirers. He is also a certified privacy professional. Early in his career Brian worked as a litigator in private law firms in Dallas, TX and in Washington DC.
Brian serves as the chair of the board of directors for Capital Area Workforce Development (CAWD), a public-private partnership that focuses on economic development by ensuring the local workforce has the skills, training, and education to meet the needs of area employers. Additionally, he serves on the board for the Association of Corporate Counsel-Research Triangle Area and the Georgetown Law Alumni board.
Brian has a J.D. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in political science from California State University Fullerton.
Dianna Wynn
Consultant - StandPoint Strategies (Cary, NC)
Dianna Wynn is a consultant with over 30 years of experience delivering communication skills training and meeting facilitation to businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and adult learners. Additionally, she has almost a decade of experience working with attorney-clients developing courtroom communication strategies in preparation for high-stakes complex civil litigation in various jurisdictions throughout the country.
Dianna is the co-author of several college-level textbooks including Working in Groups, Think Communication, The Challenge of Communicating, and Thinking Critically. Working in Groups has been a market leader among group communication texts for almost 25 years with translated editions selling internationally.
Dianna has an M.S. in Communication and Public Address from the University of North Texas and a B.A. in Speech Communication from California State University Fullerton. She currently serves on the national board for the League of Women Voters. Dianna is the former president of the ACLU of North Carolina and served on its board for several years. She has also served on the board of Artspace in Raleigh.
